  • Our cleaning services are billed hourly, with a minimum of 2 hours. The initial two hours are offered at a discounted rate of $90 ($45 per hour). Each additional hour is $60. If you need assistance estimating the time required to clean your home, please contact us—we're happy to help!

  • All customers can cancel at any time, for any reason, with no penalties!

  • We currently service the entire Eastside of King County.

    This includes: Redmond, Bellevue, Kirkland, Sammamish, Issaquah, Bothell, Cottage Lake, Duvall, Kenmore, Woodinville, Union Hill Novelty Hill, New Castle, Renton, Medina, Clyde Hill, Hunts Point, and Mercer Island.

  • We operate from 8am to 8pm, seven days a week.

  • Yes, we offer a service guarantee! If you're not completely satisfied with your clean, just let us know within 24 hours, and we'll send another team to re-clean within 7 business days at no additional cost.

  • Customize your clean by purchasing any of our available add-on services, or by providing additional instructions to specify your priorities!

    Specify your priorities (e.g. “ignore downstairs bathroom” or “start with upstairs bedrooms”) in the corresponding text fields when making your booking, or even when meeting your cleaner in person!

    Purchasing add-ons can always be done at the time of booking, but feel free to ask your cleaner if their schedule allows for any last minute add-ons, should you change your mind!

    Add-on services can be purchased for any classic cleaning, and they extend the duration of your cleaning (e.g. a 2 hour cleaning with add-ons may last over 3 hours).

  • Your cleaner will only leave early if all items on our checklist are completed to your satisfaction! In that case, the payment amount due will still reflect the total amount of time you booked on your cleaner’s schedule.

  • You will only ever be asked for payment after your cleaner has completed all items on our checklist to your satisfaction!

  • We currently accept the following payment methods: cash, check, Zelle, PayPal, and Cash App.

  • Yes, you can supply your cleaner with custom products to accommodate your allergies/preferences!
